Please read these notes before ordering

Useful information about fastenings, centres, colours, tails, printing and packaging.

Fastenings – All rosettes come with a fastening of your choice included in the price. (Bridle clip, safety pin, brooch pin, tapes, sticky pad).

Centres – Printed in gold on a matt background. Unless otherwise requested, oval centres will be placed vertically.

Colours – All ribbon colours printed in this price list should be used as a guide only, due to the difficulty in accurately reproducing the colours in print.

Tails – Unless otherwise stated tail lengths will be as follows.
Single tier – 2 x 15cm (standard)
Two tier – 2 x 22cm (standard)
Three tier – 3 x 30cm (standard)
Four tier – 4 x 40cm (wide)
Five tier – 5 x 40cm (wide)

Tail widths – standard 25mm, wide 37mm

Printing charges for rosettes centres and badges There is a £1.00 set up charge to have your club/event name printed around the outside edge of the rosette centre and for every change made to this setting. There is a 40p charge for every change made to the placing/motif in the centre. Additional set up charges may apply if the order contains a mixture of 50mm, 58mm, 68mm and/or oval centres.

If you wish to have your own club logo in the centre, a printing block will need to be made. These will be charged at cost, which will depend on the complexity of the design and the quality of the artwork provided but should be between £12.00 and £25.00.

Tail printing – Available on all ranges except the Ash range. Up to 30cm of type in gold or silver. For longer type settings please ask for a quote.

Packaging- We want you to receive your rosettes in tip top condition. We can package them in sets in clear film fronted bags or layered between sheets of tissue paper, which ever is most convenient to you and all included in the price. Please state when ordering.

Terms and conditions

Please read the Terms and Conditions that apply to all orders.

1. VAT: None of our prices are subject to VAT and are therefore as stated.
2. Pricing: All prices in the 2013 price list replace and superceed all previous price lists. We reserve the right to alter any prices in this list without prior notice.
3. Substitution: If absolutely necessary we reserve the right to substitute colours from those ordered.
4. Ordering: By placing an order, you are agreeing to be bound by our terms and conditions.Ideally we would like orders placed a minimum of six weeks prior to the date that they are required but we do understand that sometimes you cannot avoid ordering at short notice and we will do our very best to accommodate all orders. Orders should be placed on the official order form. We accept no liability for any error in orders placed verbally or over the phone unless order confirmation is received in writing prior to the commencement of manufacture. Orders placed with less than 14 days notice may incur a late order charge. We will acknowledge all orders with in 3 workings days of receipt. If you do not receive an acknowledgement within this time, please contact us immediately as we may not have received your order.
5. Early order discount: A 5% discount will be given on all orders for rosettes received before March 1st 2013. Discount applies to the list price of rosettes only and does not include printing/type setting charges. Orders must be received in writing with the correct payment in full before 1st March 2013 to qualify.
6. Payment: Unless otherwise agreed, payment in full must be sent with the order. Payment is by bank transfer or by cheque. Cheques to be made payable to N. Fenemore. The person placing the order, will be deemed the person responsible for payment. There will be a charge of £15.00 to cover our costs for any cheques returned to us unpaid. All goods remain the property of Mrs. N. Fenemore until paid for in full.
7. Post and Packaging: When orders cannot be personally delivered or collected they will be sent by standard Royal Mail parcel post (allow 3 to 5 days for delivery). This will be charged as follows.
   • UK Mainland and Northern Ireland
     • Very small orders will be charged at cost.
     • £4.95 for orders of goods up to the value of £30.00
     • £8.50 for orders of goods up to the value of £100.00
     • £12.50 for orders of goods up to the value of £150.00
     • Carriage for orders over £150.00 will be charged at cost.
   • Highlands and Islands
     • Charged at cost using the most economical carrier.
   • International Orders
     • Charged at cost (UK Postal/International Courier). Any additional costs e.g.Insurance/Certificate of Origin will be charged to the customer.

   We reserve the right to vary the amount of postage charged due to excess volume or weight (e.g. orders that contain large amounts of show sundries). Deliveries are undertaken at the customers own risk subject to the carriers own terms and conditions.

8. Shortages/Damages - Please advise of any shortages/damages/errors within three working days of receipt of your order. After this time the order will be deemed to have been accepted as correct and in good condition.
